Jen made these a while back and blogged them but I've actually been to chicken to try and make my own shells, but this looks so delicious and would be perfect for Meatless Monday today. I can't wait to make them!
To keep them from budding, place an apple in the bag with potatoes.
Celery:
Wrap celery in aluminum foil when putting in the refrigerator, and it will keep for weeks.
Apples:
Refrigerated apples last up to 10 times longer than those left at room temperature. To prevent apples from speeding up the ripening process of other items in your produce drawer, store them in a plastic or brown paper bag.

I am SUPER impressed by these and by Jen's beautiful red nails! I would be chicken to make these too but looks worth the try for sure!!!
